Our CORE, CLASSIC, and CLEAR panels are height adjustable, allowing panels to reach from 7' up to 10' 3" high. Extra height extensions are available for all widths of CORE, CLASSIC, and CLEAR panels, allowing the system to reach up to 13' 3". Uneven floors are no problem for the fit flexibility provided by SHIELD WALL panels. The aluminum channel allows for sloping floors up to 1/8" per foot.
CONNECT panels are lightweight, available in multiple sizes, and can be installed either vertically or horizontally to create countless different wall configurations. They can be stacked up to 40’ high when properly anchored. CONNECT panels are easily combined with other SHIELD WALL™ panels and accessories to adapt to specific project needs, and are ideal for concealing and securing construction zones in high-traffic settings.

Drywall may need to be cut repeatedly to ensure a proper fit, creating noise and potentially harmful dust before any actual work has begun. Poly sheeting can be taped to existing walls and ceilings of any shape, but is unreliable for containment as it is flimsy, easily damaged, and difficult to seal.
SHIELD WALL™ offers an array of integration hardware options to counter these challenges and integrate seamlessly with existing structures:
Wall Seals install easily to create airtight, secure containment by closing small gaps between existing walls and SHIELD WALL™ panels. Compatible with CORE, CLASSIC, and CLEAR panels.
Drywall Adapters securely attach to non-plumb or obstructed walls, ensuring a tight fit between drywall and SHIELD WALL™.
For more complex layouts and varying architectural features, SHIELD WALL™ corners are up to the challenge, ensuring a secure and adaptable barrier with options including:
Flexible Hinged Universal Corners adjust to accommodate unconventional layouts, creating both 90° inward and 270° outward turns.
Fixed 90° Inside Corners are also available.
T-Connections are offered in both inward and outward options, enabling a containment wall to branch off at a 90° angle.
Corners and T-connections are height adjustable from 7' to 10' 3".
Further 3' Height Extensions are available for both Corners and T-Connections.

SHIELD WALL™ CORE, CLASSIC, and CLEAR doors come standard with an adjustable threshold, sweep, and over-the-door filler panels and aluminum slats for height adjustments up to 10' 3". Sliding doors are ideal where space is limited in work zones, smaller rooms, or tight corridors.
Universal doors are pre-hung and easily switched to swing in or out, and hinge left or right.
Double Hinged doors where two doors create a larger doorway ideal for carts, gurneys, or construction equipment to get through. Both doors can swing in or out, and hinge to the left or right.
Further 3' Height Extensions are available for all sizes and styles of doors.
Doors are also available for SHIELD WALL™ CONNECT in both the Universal and Double Hinged styles. Locking lever-style handles are included with all doors. Optional locking keypads are available.
